Hi, I'm Nick Riemenschneider
Even though we haven’t worked together yet, there’s a really good chance that I already know a few things about you as a neurodivergent working adult or professional.
- You are either an undiagnosed, late-diagnosed, or recently diagnosed neurodivergent working adult or professional, and you didn’t know that you have been masking to try to “fit in” and avoid being seen as different for years. This has left you feeling scared, weak, and/or less than others, and worried about keeping your job and relationships.
- You struggle with communication, social interaction, understanding other people’s way of seeing things, focus, attention, organization, emotional regulation, and impulsive and compulsive thoughts and behaviors. You began to sense a resistance to these issues. You tried to override the resistance but it eventually evolved into avoidance, isolation, productivity issues, and strained relationships.
- You have reached a point where you spend most of your life doing and being whatever helps you to avoid conflict, confrontation, and rejection because you are you are constantly overstimulated and on the edge of flooding and/or burnout to the point that your body doesn’t feel safe and this negatively affects how you think, perceive, and communicate with others, your production at work, and the harmony of your relationships.
- You feel like you want to escape living in a world that expects and even demands you to conform, perform, and produce more each day just to feel accepted. You want to feel a sense of autonomy, agency, and acceptance, to feel comfortable and safe in your environments and in your relationships. You’re looking for help, have tried therapy and/or medications, and have discovered that there are lots of resources and help for neurodivergent children but very little for adults.
You are not alone, and there are things that you can do to navigate your neurodivergent life more successfully.
- You can excel in your career and your personal life.
- You can show up in your work and personal relationships with less stress, overwhelm, and executive dysfunction, and be more attentive and productive.
- You can improve communication, focus, attention, organization, and emotional regulation, reclaim your autonomy, take control of your life, and exercise your authenticity.
- You can be more grounded and present instead of stuck in fight, flight, or freeze mode and trying to avoid confrontation, communication, and social interaction.
- You can recognize how your body and brain function as a survival system, help them feel safe, minimize or avoid neurodivergent overstimulation, flooding, and burnout, and reduce self-deprecating thoughts and behaviors.
- You can live your life consciously, recognize your sensory issues, triggers, tolerance levels, and limitations, and make conscious choices with purpose and intent toward what you know helps you to function at your best and reset and recharge your system after exposure to overstimulating environments and events.
- You can improve your self-confidence in ways that allow you to face the challenges you experience as a neurodivergent person, advocate for yourself, communicate your needs, stand in your power, and be proud to be neurodivergent.
- You can recognize how you mask and stim, stop being ashamed of them and allowing the shame to control you, and instead, use them as effective tools.
- You can recognize your strengths and focus on promoting them instead of fearing rejection because of your perceived weaknesses and differences from others.Â
You Could Be On The Road To These Results Just A Few Months From Now.

Let me introduce
My Background
After being a mental health therapist for 7 years and specializing in helping neurodivergent people navigate their lives with greater ease for the past 3 years...
I noticed something.
More and more people were seeking help for neurodivergent issues.
I, too, met the criteria for what is known as AuDHD, and I needed to know how to help my clients and myself.
Learning how to feel safe internally allows us to function better, feel more confident, communicate more effectively, and be more productive.
